You may have just updated your Adobe Creative Cloud and discovered that your presets are missing in Media Encoder. Here is how to get them back.
Your custom export presets from 22.0 are all still there, but you’ll need to manually transfer them to Media Encoder 23.0.
You can do this by navigating to the \Users\[username]\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\22.0\Presets. Copy the contents of the Presets folder and paste them to \Users\[username]\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\23.0\Presets.
Unfortunately export presets are not part of sync settings process and need to be transferred manually.

I've been working with Computers since 1978. I have the chance to work as a Typesetter, Web Site Developer, MySQL and FileMaker DB Developer, Electronic Publishing and most recently in Broadcast Video.
I've worked for the myself, the NFL, and worked on Broadcast with AVP, SLS, WSOP, X Games, and US Ski and Snowboard Team, plus lots of little projects in between.
My current passion is streaming, and I am a heavy vMix user doing everything from simple streams to complex shows with 6 cameras.
Having a blast in this life!
